Is treated water subject to the risk of biological contaminants?
It depends on the type of treatment processes used. The recommended treatment for water with microbiological contaminant is disinfection by chlorine, chlorine derivatives, UV or ozone. Even with this type of treatment, analysis is required in order to evaluate the efficiency of the process.
In the case that the customer does not agree with the result of the analysis, can it be redone?
The test results issued are binding. In an instance where you believe that the results are inaccurate, please raise it with us and we will escalate the matter with the lab.
