PAYMENT

Firstly select the product you wish to purchase, register as a customer and then make payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Invoice or Amazon. The site will quote you in your local currency at the current exchange rate and converts this figure back to Euro at the end of the sale process.

CANCELLATION

Unwanted items can be cancelled by logging in to the customer dashboard, selecting “My Orders and selecting the Cancel Order button.

RETURNS

Customers can return their kits to the address label which is adhered to the reverse of the test kit. Whilst all kits are shipped at no charge, customers must however pay their own postage costs for returning it back to the lab for testing.

DELIVERY

Delivery will take place between 5-7 days with standard post. Express shipping takes 1 working day from when the partner lab confirms their availability.
