GDPR and You

The regulations for the GDPR came into effect on 25th May 2018.

In its most simple terms, the GDPR empowers you the consumer to be the all-encompassing owner of your data.

Specifically, it gives individuals in the EU the right to review, adjust, erase, and restrict the processing of their data. These requests must be facilitated online by the controller (that’s us) and provided to the individual no longer than one month after the initial request.

 At H2O labcheck™, all online payments are made via Paypal and Stripe payment gateways. H2O labcheck™ are not privy to and do not store any credit/debit card information so your financial details are fully encrypted and processed with the highest levels of security.

No Sensitive Data is gathered or stored by H2O labcheck™. This means no data such as race, health, sexual orientation, religion, and political beliefs.

Information collected and stored by H2O labcheck™ relates to general contact details such as name, address, email, and phone number. Other information requested would be information required for your water analysis.
